Every unit starts from a reference sample matched against real product photos, checked for bezel proportions, screen finish, and even the weight and mounting behavior of the real product it's replacing.
Material testing includes flame-resistance checks and repeated handling tests, as display props are installed, removed, and reinstalled far more frequently than a real device would be.
Custom color requests go through iterative Pantone matching — small shifts in finish color are checked and adjusted until the sample is visually indistinguishable from the design spec, not just "close enough."
